So, you want to develop biceps? Well, join the club. There are about 3 billion members thus far. Practically every guy on the globe wants to get big biceps but just a few succeed. The rest remain with underdeveloped arms whether or not they go to the gym 5 times a week.

Your bicep muscle comprises two main parts. To keep things simple I'll just refer to them as the inner bicep as well as the outer bicep. The good thing is most bicep exercises let you work both parts simultaneously - that's very good for us.
So that you can build big biceps it's important to hit 'em from all angles. Which means you have to make sure you train your lower bicep (the part nearest your forearm), your outer bicep, your inner bicep (the part that's closest to your chest) along with your upper bicep.
Make sure after you workout your biceps you train most of it's parts in order to build even bigger, stronger and a lot more massive biceps fast. The main element to building "fuller" biceps is training each part "specifically". So be sure you do exercises that work out each section of your bicep individually and also exercises that work out any most of your bicep muscles simultaneously as well.
Build Big Biceps Tip #2 - Focus On Form First.
That is key for weight lifting period, focus on your form first. In case you focus on "doing" the exercise correctly, big biceps will surely follow.
When you avoid the use of proper form, you never stimulate the "deep" muscular tissues needed to build greater biceps. With poor form you will start using some other muscles rather than specifically targeting normally the one you want to train (your biceps).
Remember, it's not quantity but quality. Consider this, you could lift 30 pounds far with poor form or 30 pounds six times with proper form, and you would notice greater results with the latter example. So remember, consentrate on form first and big biceps will soon follow.
